Our Birria Pizza is making its saucy debut starting May 1st by the slice and May 5th as a full pie, and trust us, it’s not one to miss. Inspired by the bold, crave-worthy flavors of Mexican birria tacos, this pizza brings the heat, the meat, and the melt. It starts with a rich birria sauce base, packed with savory depth. We layer on shredded beef, mozzarella, sweet and tangy pickled onions, and creamy corn dip for that extra kick. 

Every slice is served with a fresh side of pico de gallo and even more birria sauce for dipping, drizzling, or drenching, we don’t judge. 

Perfect for Cinco de Mayo, our Birria Pizza is the ultimate mashup of taco night and pizza party.
